Dementia Support Groups

Graphical logo, 3-fold leaflet and flyer designs, to provide information about Peer-Support Group services to people with a recent diagnosis of Dementia and loved ones and carers experiencing grief and bereavement in relation to Dementia.

 

As a volunteer on this new community project, I also became involved in providing technical support during the online and teleconference groups as well as co-facilitating some of the meetings. These involved discussion around worksheets produced by the group leader and the therapeutic use of art and journaling.
