Print setting and graphic design for community development organisations in South Gloucestershire, UK.
The aim of this project was to promote useful services and bring a bit of warmth to the Winter season to people in the local area who may not have access to the internet with a magazine featuring bulletins with free services and activities created by community focused groups and service providers.
Work on this was carried out on a voluntary basis and included the set-up and cover design for the magazine titled ‘Winter Warmers’ as well as an additional hand illustrated colouring page design.
A thousand copies of the magazines were printed and given out as part of a goody bag including other freebies and useful resources.
To coincide with the distribution of the goody bags, I also created and help hang 6 x A0 posters to display the contributor’s bulletins in a converted shop window at the local shopping centre.
